Early Amish made Leather “FLY AWAY” for Horses, great wall decor 60″ x 54″!
This early “Fly Away” would have been draped over a horse, and the swinging stips of leather would have, literally, kept the flies away! Certainly still useable as such, but to me a fantastic element to adorn one’s wall. Instant texture, drama, and a history to boot. I’ve owned these before but never one in such pristine condition.
Measure 60″ across and 54″ high when measured from the longest hanging strips of leather. It also looks amazing when hung vertically.
